Manufacturing Division
We have fully automotive production lines consisting of filling, plugging, capping, labeling, auto weigh checker with auto outer coding, and Bopp taping. Soon in the near future manufacturing using the SCADA system (supervisory control and data acquisition) will be adapted. We will also support green India and so will be using a scrubber system to neutralize acidic fumes to make the environment free from pollution.
In-House Quality Lab & R&D Centre

All batches compulsorily pass through in-house quality checks & certification.

Batches are also sent to WQA Certified & NABL Accredited Lab for testing & certification

Batch samples are proposed to be maintained for over 3 years to check stability & degradation.
